The Southern Tier Library System offers a digital collection of magazines, ebooks, and audiobooks through the Libby App. The OverDrive Legacy App has been discontinued. Check out this quick video tutorial on using Libby! Patrons may need to reset their password at starcat.stls.org before they can log in to Libby to ensure they have an updated account.

Using Libby on Kindle Devices

As of right now, the Libby App itself is NOT available in the Kindle Store for download. We hope that Kindle accepts Libby’s proposal soon and this will not be an issue. If you use Kindle, here is how to access Libby materials.
