The library offers 2 Empire Passes available for checkout. Empire Passes cover the cost of parking for one vehicle, allowing your family to visit parks across the state free of charge!

Borrowers must be 18 years of age with a valid STLS library card older than 30 days. Accounts must have a valid address and phone number on file. Accounts must have no outstanding charges over $10.00. Empire passes can be borrowed for 7 days only. No renewals, no holds. First come first serve basis. Lost passes will be $100.00 to replace.
