Patrons can borrow a Mobile Wi-Fi Hotspot for Internet access outside of the library. These are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No holds or renewals are allowed due to their high demand. Please review the lending agreement below for more information.

Photo Identification is required at time of checkout.

The library remains firm that hotspots should be returned promptly. Overdue hotspots will accrue fines of $10.00 per day up to the total cost of replacement for the device and accessories. Hotspots that come back damaged or missing pieces will also be charged.

Members of the same household are required to wait a period of seven (7) days after returning a Watkins Glen hotspot before they can borrow another one from. Patrons are welcome to borrow hotspots from other local libraries in the meantime. Policies and fines vary per library.
