THE LIBRARY IS ACCEPTING BOOK SALE DONATIONS STARTING MAY 16, 2024 - JULY 31, 2024 ONLY! Due to limited space and resources, please review donation guidelines carefully. We do not  generally accept large estate collections. Please call (607) 535-2345 or email wgldirector@stls.org if you have more specific questions about your donation items. We also ask that you 🚫do not leave donations outside the library or in the book drop.🚫

Our next Art Club will be on Wednesday, May 1st at 2:30pm. We will do a Tulip Watercolor Study. A study can be a drawing, painting, or sketch used as practice towards a final piece. Studies are used to understand potential problems in working with different elements such as colors, form, and light.
Library Art Show on May 8th at 2:30pm.
Join our two certified therapy dogs throughout the month. They love to be read stories and spend time with kids! 1st and 3rd Thursdays at 2:30pm and 2nd and 4th Thursdays at 6pm
Next Art Club will be using mixed media to create pelican portraits. Join us on May 15th at 2:30pm.
The last Cookbook Club of the season will be on May 21st from 6-7pm. Party Dips and Appetizers! Bring a dish to pass in-theme to share with the group. Tasting portions are fine. Call to register.

Discuss topics such as general nutrition, portion sizes, and processed foods. Learn fun exercises you can do at home from a certified fitness instructor.
This program will take place on Thursdays May 23rd through July 18th EXCLUDING July 4th from 12:00pm-1:30pm. Classes will be held at the Watkins Glen Public Library.

Discuss topics such as general nutrition, portion sizes, and processed foods. Learn fun exercises you can do at home from a certified fitness instructor.

Weekly Storytimes are at 10am every Wednesday and Saturday, unless otherwise noted. Suitable for children under 6 but all are welcome!
