Library cards grant you access to print and e-materials throughout 48 libraries in the Southern Tier Library System. Each library operates differently so please be mindful of due dates and borrowing policies.

To receive a physical library card, fill out the application below and return it to the library in person. You must be present to receive your new card. Paper applications are available at the Circulation Desk. PHOTO IDENTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.

Children 12 and older may open a library card without a parent or guardian’s permission.

Part-time and Visiting Residents

The Watkins Glen Public Library is happy to provide our part-time and visiting guests with a library card. Please have the local address where you are staying available, as well as your permanent address. We ask that you return items promptly as any other patron would do. PHOTO IDENTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.
